  • Implementing the selection of candidates for the needs of assigning or mediating workers

  • Fulfillment of legal obligations (eg in the field of labor law and social security)

We retain the data of candidates who are not hired for [insert period, e.g., 2 years] from the date of application, unless you request earlier deletion. Upon the expiration of the retention period, the data is deleted or anonymized.

  • Client employers, for the purpose of worker assignment or placement — exclusively with your prior knowledge
  • External IT and administrative service providers who process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement
  • Competent state authorities, when required by law

We do not sell your data to third parties, nor do we use it for purposes not specified in this Policy.

7. Data Transfer Outside the European Union

As a general rule, we do not transfer your data outside the European Union. If such a transfer becomes necessary in a specific case (e.g., due to employment placement outside the Republic of Croatia), we will carry it out exclusively with appropriate safeguards as prescribed by the GDPR.
